HAWRYCH MD LLC Product and Internet Sales Policy (“Policy”) serves to protect consumers and re-sellers (wholesale buyers) from potential counterfeit and illegally acquired products. HAWRYCH MD LLC strictly forbids sales of its products on any internet marketplaces (Amazon, Ebay, Wallmart, etc.) without written approval from HAWRYCH MD LLC. Promotional offers and Site wide Sales
Certain products are excluded from offers. Each product detail page indicates if the promotion does not apply. Sale pricing, promotional codes and other special offers cannot be applied toward prior purchases. Promotional codes may not apply to already discounted items. Cash back, milage or rebate offers from HAWRYCH MD partners may not be valid on select products, during a private sale or with some promotional codes. Cash back, mileage or rebate offers are only recognized from the single partner visited immediately prior to purchase. E-Gift Certificates are ineligible for discount. All prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Opened (broken security seal) or used items are not returnable or refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
